• Custom orders need your approval of print proofs. There may be cancellation fees and delays if approvals aren’t timely.
• You have 3 hours to cancel your order after placement. After that, it enters in manufacturing process. Fees may still apply.

Artwork Submission

• Please send artwork in the specified formats and resolutions for the best print quality. We are not responsible for poor print results due to incorrect file formats.

Errors & Omissions

Return & Reprint Policy

• Please report defective products within three days of receipt. We don’t provide refunds but will reprint the product to your specifications. Reprinting may take additional time.

Shipping & Handling

• Custom designs usually take 4-5 working days to produce, plus 2-3 business days for shipping.
• We’re not responsible for delays due to unexpected events, but we may refund shipping costs in such cases.

Unauthorized Activities

• Misrepresenting yourself or providing false information
• Trying to compromise our website’s security
